Shipping Practices
All packages will be sent by courier if within New Zealand or First Class mail if to overseas destinations, with all freight leaving our office within 24 hours of confirmed payment from 9.00am Monday to 5.00pm Friday. Costs include all shipping, handling, and NZ tax charges. A receipt will be sent with all goods purchased. We do our best to ensure all products are packaged securely but accept no liability in the very rare event event a package is damaged during freight.
Refund Policy
We will refund 100% of the purchase price of all products, with the following conditions:
- This refund policy expires after 30 calendar days of the original sale have passed.
- The refund total will be less the original freight and shipping costs at point of sale.
- Refunds will be processed once Farsight Global receives the original product(s) purchased, undamaged, freight charges to be paid for by the customer returning the original product.
- The refund total will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or bank account once account details have been confirmed.
Replacement Policy
Any product proven to be damaged in transit to a customer and through no fault of the customer will be replaced in full.
